Welcome to Breathe Pilates, a boutique reformer Pilates studio built around intentional movement, mindful breathing, and real connection. Our classes combine the foundations of classical Pilates with contemporary, feel-good flows that help you move with strength, control, and ease.

Whether you’re brand new to reformer Pilates or continuing a practice you already love, Breathe Pilates is a friendly, supportive space to build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body — without pressure or pretence. Classes are thoughtfully planned, movements are purposeful, and you’re always encouraged to move at your own pace.

Health and wellbeing have always been a central passion of mine, both personally and professionally as a dietitian. I first discovered Reformer Pilates over twelve years ago while living in Melbourne, Australia, and it quickly became one of my favourite ways to move. Since then, it has remained a meaningful and consistent part of my life. In recent years, I was inspired to take that passion further, completing comprehensive APPI training and becoming a certified Pilates instructor.

I’m so excited to introduce Breathe Pilates & Wellbeing. At Breathe, my goal is to create an inclusive and empowering Pilates community focused on balance, connection, and overall wellbeing. It’s a space where clients can relax, feel supported, and take time for themselves.

Breathe offers inclusive, full-body Pilates classes that build strength, create length, and support both physical and mental wellbeing, with personalised options for all ages and fitness levels.

My hope is that you leave each class feeling strong, graceful, and refreshed — the best version of yourself. Pilates is something I truly enjoy, and I’m excited to share it with everyone who walks through the door.
