You can pay for sessions either one at a time or in blocks of either 5 or 10.

Cancellation Policy
- To keep classes running smoothly and give all clients a fair chance to book, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class.
- If you cancel more than 24hours in advance, your class credit can be rescheduled to another class time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before class, the session will be forfeited and the class credit will not be returned.
- No-shows will also result in a lost class credit.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this policy allows us to offer waitlisted spots to others and ensures a smooth experience for all clients.
- All cancellations must be made via our booking system. We do not accept cancellations via text, phone, or social media.
