Intro to Reformer - 4 week Block

Designed exclusively for those new to Reformer Pilates, this introductory class gives you everything you need to start your journey with confidence. You’ll master the core principles, feel at ease with the equipment, and build a strong foundation from day one. With a slower, supportive pace and plenty of personalised guidance, you’ll learn how to activate your core, build full-body strength, and improve flexibility—all while discovering the Reformer’s unique benefits and transformative potential.

All new clients with no prior Pilates experience are encouraged to begin with our four-week induction program. This sets you up for success, helping you feel confident, strong, and ready to fully enjoy our group classes.

Beginner

Ideal for beginners or those returning to practice, this class covers the basics of alignment, breath, and controlled movement. With a slower pace and plenty of guidance, you’ll gain confidence on the Reformer while learning to engage your core, build strength, and improve flexibility.

Feel free to join as many of these classes as you need before progressing.

Intermediate

Our intermediate Reformer class challenges both body and mind with faster-paced movements, dynamic sequences, and strength-focused exercises. Perfect for those confident in the fundamentals, this class helps you refine technique, build strength, and elevate your practice.
Modifications and progressions are offered throughout the class. We ramp up the intensity, exploring more of the Reformer repertoire with greater control and technique.

A minimum of 10 beginner level classes must be completed (with us or elsewhere) before progressing.

Stretch and Flow

Suitable for all levels. This slow-paced, restorative class emphasising gentle stretching, deep breathing, and mindful movement to help release tension and strengthen the mind–body connection.

1:2:1 Pilates

Prefer a more private workout setting? Want to gain confidence on the Reformer before joining a group class, or perfect exercises you find challenging? A 1:1 session is the perfect solution.
Whether it’s a single session or part of an ongoing program, you’ll enjoy a class tailored specifically to your needs. We will assess your movement, understand your health and exercise history, and get to know you personally—helping you achieve the best results safely and effectively.
