FAQ

Reformer Pilates improves flexibility, strength, balance and overall body awareness, combining controlled movements with breathing techniques.

The Reformer is a unique piece of equipment comprising a moveable carriage and spring resistance. The springs can assist with flexibility or can be used as resistance The Reformer will help you find length and space in the body while under spring tension.
